Re: DSG fixed. Drives great so far.
WOW!! Two weeks. That's great!!! As you know, I've had the exact same problem since 01-08-09. Mine's been in the shop for three weeks and four days since the last malfunction on 01-27-09. I too picked mine up 02-20-09. Mechatronic unit and clutch oil temperature sensor replaced. I guess that my car was the guinea pig. Glad to have it back, though, and glad that yours worked out so well.

Wow. I'm almost certain the other service bulliten was yours...
... since they used a problem exactly line yours to fix my issue.
So if that's the case, then thank you. Does your car drive ok now?

Mechatronic unit is >>>
close to or a little over USD 3K. I thought that only the first few MK1 Audi TT 3.2s had DSG issues with the Mechatronic and was hoping they had fixed the thing. Guess its a work in progress.
Here is a pic of it when me and my friend had switched it for a HGP reprogrammed Euro spec on my MK1

If that is the case, as I believe it is, then, you're welcome. Glad to help out a fellow enthusiast. I've driven 146 miles since the repair. So far, no issues.
