Euro Style Mirrors?

On my MK1 I was able to order the European/Autobahn style glass for the outside mirrors from TT Stuff. They give a much larger field of view and eliminate the blind spots without having to use those ugly little stick on mirrors.
Has anyone seen them for sale for the MK2's yet?

with the current USD > Euro exchange rate that works out to about $100 USD for both, figure in shipping and a little mark up and there you go.
For me, it would be worth it for twice the price. This Mk2 has the same blind spots and poor mirror visibility as the Mk1 and these mirrors will fix that.

If they are the same as my Mk1, pretty easy as long as you are careful. You deflect the mirror as far as it will go to the outside. You then take a pry device (I used a wooden paint stir stick) and pry down behid the glass untill it pops out. You unplug the heater wires, plug the new ones in and press the new mirror in firmly until it snaps into place. I always wear leather gloves for safety in case a mirror breaks but I haven't had it happen yet.

They are easy to install just as stated above. My boy who is a mercedes master machanic put them in. My passenger side one shattered when we started to pop it off. My boy said it was typical for them to break b.c of the double sided tape on the back of the glass...
