Default Install iPod connection in 2009 TTS w/nav?

A fairly simple question from the inexperienced used, hoping to leverage your knowledge:

I recently purchased a 2009 Audi TTS. It has a CD changer and Nav, with bluetooth for calls. I would like to be able to install (through an after-market shop) an ipod connection without losing the functionality of the Nav. Research has shown that Dension is a popular after-market way to do this...however, I hear that it's also something that sometimes works in some TTs and sometimes doesn't in others... So I would like a reliable solution.

Has anyone successfully installed an ipod connection in a TT with Nav? Can you recommend a specific solution that is proven to work? I'm hesitant to completely remove the CD changer, as Google let me know that there's a DVD in there that lets me use the Nav.

And, why does the bluetooth in this car not support streaming music from my iphone to the car's speakers? (I thought that was odd...)

Thanks in advance!
