Default Lease calculation help: money factor

In using the spreadsheet from you guys, I plugged in figures for a 3.2 manual roadster, and used 36 month money factor of .00052.

Another site had money factor of .00259.
Dealer says money factor is 1.99.

Who is correct. If I take the .00052 times 24, it comes out to a fraction of a percentage. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks

Default Here are the Aug. Numbers.

.0052 is correct for the 36 month rate. Audi is doing a really good deal right now on 3.2's especially the Roadsters.

The dealer will not disclose this info or the actual number to you. This is a big oppertunity for profit for them.

Print out the linked page and keep it handy...maybe even bring it to the dealer with you...<ul><li><a href="http://forums.roadfly.com/forums/financing/8562371-1.html">Click</a></li></ul>

Default Re: Here are the Aug. Numbers.

.00052 translates into : 2400x .00052= 1.25%
How can this be? Dealer is quoting me 1.99 which I assume is .00199 which equals 4.78%.

Are these audi numbers? I am going to dealer tomorrow. They also only discounted 1500.

thanks

Default thanks...I have been doing some reading! the .00052 really looked low.

I understand that they will raise the rate.
Looks like this dealer is playing a little game with .00199 and only 1500 off msrp. I am going to try another dealer that I have been talking to tomorrow to see what they say.
will keep you informed.
Much appreciated...hope I am not chasing windmills!
