Go to dealership..... I just went through this when I lost one of my keys. The parts department will have to order the key then when it comes in you need to take the car in with all the keys you have for the car. It ran me about #130.

I went to the dealership and ordered one recently, $265. I was told that the Mk1 keys can be cut by the dealership but the Mk2 keys have to be ordered from Germany. Not sure if it was a line but I needed one and went the safe route.

Depends on where you are.
Cheapest I found in WA was the dealer down in Tacoma $130 for the remote+key and $55 for programming. Other dealers averaging $155+$55 (and even another $55 for "freight"). Car needs to be physically present at time of key collection, so remote purchase not possible. Or so every dealer says.
I ended up buying an uncut flat key from *bay ($20) and paying the $55 for programming at the dealer. Cheapest alternative for a spare.
