I recently ordered a 2014 TTS and am really excited about it. The dealer told me it would take about 2-3 months to arrive.

What's confusing me is that even though they took a deposit, and even after I asked about it, I still have not received an order number.

So, whats the normal procedure when ordering an Audi?

Update: i finally got the order number, predicted build and ship dates.
Starting to get excited, it feels that much more 'real' :-)

You should wait for the 2015 Audi TTS redesign, it will be out summer 2014

Hi s,
I ordered a new 2013 TTS on March 5th and it arrived at the dealership (East Cost) on June 18th.
It was one of the last 2013 cars built. I was told it would be about 90 days and was just a little longer than that. I was informed of a 'confirmation number' by the dealer a few days after I placed the order, and then a build week (May 20th) about 6 weeks later. About a week after that I was informed that it was on it's way by ship.
It's an even more special car than I thought/hoped it would be. I'd been driving an A3 since 2006.
It's well worth the wait in my opinion!

Congrats on the new purchase. I just purchased a 2014 TTS roadster. I am picking it up on Nov. 2nd. Can't wait to put some miles on here. I got the silver with black interior and navigation. What color did you order?

I thought about waiting until 2015 but no time better than the present.

mine is Samoa Orange with the baseball optic seats. I get more comments about the interior than anything else

found the problem the file sizes were too big....
