That the seat was discolored in a certain section and re-dyed that part of the seat yet thats NOT what i asked for. The sticker for my car is 51,000 there should be no reason to have this as my friend has a z4 for more than 7k cheaper and doesnt have the problem. If audi doesn't do right by us i will make a complaint with the BBB and speak to the attorney general of NY. As my last resort of course... Like you i can be a PIA once in a while. just ask my girl friend lol :-)

If your bigger then you wont fit in the seat right...and will put more weight on the sides of the bolsters that you sit on and not the seat...trust me I know...I lost 40lbs and the first 6 months of ownership I had no seat wear and with the weight loss...and me sitting in the seat right...I am seeing it now.

both of which are excellent products. I only weigh 135 and I've never had anything like this seat sagging happen on ANY car I've ever owned. This is a design flaw, pure and simple. Audi needs to take ownership of this issue, step up, admit that it's a problem, and provide a permanent fix. They know this, but just aren't admitting it - at least not yet. If we all make a huge stink, maybe we'll get somewhere.

Audi told me they would get a leather guy to re-stretch my leather and I said no way... I'll deal with a little sag.
I hate to say this but I only weigh 145lbs and it's worse for heavier drivers... Which is unacceptable as you say.
