Default Your 100% right but when district rep looked at my car they told me ....

That the seat was discolored in a certain section and re-dyed that part of the seat yet thats NOT what i asked for. The sticker for my car is 51,000 there should be no reason to have this as my friend has a z4 for more than 7k cheaper and doesnt have the problem. If audi doesn't do right by us i will make a complaint with the BBB and speak to the attorney general of NY. As my last resort of course... Like you i can be a PIA once in a while. just ask my girl friend lol :-)

Default Actually its the opp.

If your bigger then you wont fit in the seat right...and will put more weight on the sides of the bolsters that you sit on and not the seat...trust me I know...I lost 40lbs and the first 6 months of ownership I had no seat wear and with the weight loss...and me sitting in the seat right...I am seeing it now.

Default curious...

What products do you use, and how often? I have no sag yet (knocks on wood)... I've been using zymol conditioner with the hairdryer and it's been working so far.

Default I use either Lexol or Zaino Leather in a Bottle ...

both of which are excellent products. I only weigh 135 and I've never had anything like this seat sagging happen on ANY car I've ever owned. This is a design flaw, pure and simple. Audi needs to take ownership of this issue, step up, admit that it's a problem, and provide a permanent fix. They know this, but just aren't admitting it - at least not yet. If we all make a huge stink, maybe we'll get somewhere.

Default They all look like this after around 1K miles or less ..

it's just plain unacceptable, as well as uncomfortable.

Default My 08 - 3.2 does not look this bad at all and I've got over 15K

Audi told me they would get a leather guy to re-stretch my leather and I said no way... I'll deal with a little sag.

I hate to say this but I only weigh 145lbs and it's worse for heavier drivers... Which is unacceptable as you say.
