Some MP3s cannot play in Audi Navigation Plus

Some MP3s cannot play in Audi Navigation Plus
Can someone tell me why? I thought it might be the VBR of the files, but it isnt. Some MP3s are in 216kbps, but the one that wont play has a stable 320kbps.
