Minimum 10-11 weeks but easily more depending on your dealer's allocation.
If you dealer has allocation and gets a quick production date, then about 11 weeks. My new S-line looks like it will be about 11-12 weeks from order to arrival.
If you opt for a special-order paint color (one that is not a standard TT color), then I think that can add up to six weeks.

It will be 12 weeks for me in Canada. Dealer had a 2.0T, a 3.2 ocean blue roadster in the showroom and a black 3.2 6sp on order, but I ordered mine the way I wanted it and should get it in early August.
