Default Swapping the 2008 DSG shift **** with a 2009

Has anyone swapped their 2008 auto shift **** with a 2009 ****? If so what was the cost and what did it take to do it?

Ive been wondering the same thing. Dealer parts dept. doesnt seem to know either. Their excuse..."it will cost a lot" Whatever, Ill fiddle with one at an autoshow and see what happens.

I searched for it, Yes someone did post something but there was never any instructions or what parts were needed.

Whoever it was they e-mailed a pdf w/directions and part #s.
