Yes, My BBS CH's with 32et fit the TTS. They were off my B6 S4.

The greater the offset, the more the wheel will sit "away" from the car. The OEM 9 X 19 TT wheel with a 255/35 tire has a 52 mm offset. A 45 mm offset would move the tire 7 mm out - HOWEVER, the 8.5" wheel width is 12 mm (0.5 inch) narrower than the 9 inch OEM and therefore will move the tire 6 mm (one half of 0.5 inch = 0.25 inch) in - voila! - the wheel will fit within a 1 mm of stock if you run a 255/35 tire. Of course, there is some variation from tire to tire which could change the calculation a mm or two in either direction, but the bottom line is it should fit.
