Default Zerin, Troy or anyone that has done a Exclusive color...
I have a question for you... When you ordered your car does the Exclusive Color show up in the color description for the Vehicle Order? Today I had Mthis1 look up my commission number. My paint still shows as Solar orange... but my interior changed to the updated color (Black).

I'm confused! I can't tell if they made a mistake or if its that way due to the Exclusive paint???

Default The 'exterior color' field on the order form (between model & options fields) says 9996, then in
the comments section, EXTERIOR COLOR (3F3F-GLUT ORANGE).

Default If I were you, I'd get them to double, then triple check their form entries one-by-one. I'd bet that
the color shown in the 'exterior color' data field trumps any comments typed into the comments field.
