How the quattro system work on the TT? Is it permettant and rear biased?

Yes, as all Quattro system variants it is all wheel drive and permanent in that the rear propulsion shaft is always rotating. However, the TT is front wheel drive biased most of the time and dependent on the rear Haldex system for rear axle engagement. The TTS and TTRS can provide more rear wheel bias in certain drive modes than the TT.
