Default TTS Rear Fold Down Seat is Stuck

I just took delivery of a nice new TTS today.
Luckily, I noticed that one of the rear seats couldn't fold down. It looks like the latch release isn't releasing/working. So, I have an appointment for next week.
Anyone have any ideas on how to release the latch?
Otherwise, after I figure out all the new tech, I am very happy. No sign of thumping or 'farting', thankfully. Though the new B&O soundsystem leaves a little to be desired (after the Bose system on my old 20111)

Both of my seat-top levers push forward rather easily and the seats fold right down flat. I'm sure they'll find the flaw and/or be able to adjust tho'.

btw: the "farting" is unavoidable in hard acceleration. But as brand new you're likely taking it easy for the first 500 miles.

Thanks Huey, I think it is just a simple adjustment. Hopefully, that will be the worst of my worries.
I am going to open another thread on rims.

What did it turn out to be? Just curious.

It was a simply repair. They said it was a cable that attached to the latch had separated and needed to be reconnected.
10 minute repair.
