Default Wurth Silver Wheel Paint

Has anyone tried this on anything?

I was thinking about grabbing some to touch up my 20" wheels on my 2017 TTS.
If you have tried it, do you think it would be a good color match?

Thanks!

Yep, it's my go-to for OEM German silver wheel repair. Topped with their clear coat.

Keep in mind that all painting projects are 90% preparation and being aware of environmental conditions when it comes to drying times, etc. (iow, patience!).

What Huey 52 said -- and also, take your time to do multiple applications and build up the paint rather than one shot. You may know this already...don't ask me how I know.

Oh yeah, we've all been on that 'negative teaching aid' learning curve!

related: when my passenger side seat pan delamination got repaired the tech must have dropped the seat and gouged the side skirt (I didn't notice until at home later). It took many thin layers to build up but it ultimately came out very well.

I’m a recent TTS owner and I’m already tired of the insane brake dust. It reminds me of my MKV GTI. I’m thinking about painting the wheels gunmetal.

I've been considering bronze, but I will probably just look for pads that don't shed as much.

That's why the baby jeebus invented ceramic brakes!

LOL Indeed. Far less dust but then potential brake squeal until fully warmed up. All design is compromise.
