Bentley was not too much help on this one. Where is the passenger tensioner ignitor anyway? Also the 65535 codes are interesting. Any thoughts. Some folks replace the controller, but that fixes just about anything. One Audi bulletin said to ignore them IF the light goes out.

So what does that mean? A spurious register entry or a fatal controller problem?

According to any & all Audi repair manuals it means that the control module should be replaced.
