In the end i replaced the module and the light went out. It did not acutally need re-coding. I will probably purchase this software as it may be come in handy for the future.

Scary, what did you replace the module with (new or used)? Did you adapt the VIN to the new module?

The module was damaged (suspect water damaged) when i replaced the 2nd hand module which i bought of ebay it want straight out and has been out ever since. I did not adaprt the Vin to the new module all i did was replace it strange
