any alternative programs to vag-com??
i cant use vag-com b/c i have a serial<->USB adapter for the interface, are there any alternatives to this software that is compatible with my adapter

The VAG-COM issues with a USB<>Serial adapter have to do with the data transfer.....more
limitations of the adapter. Any other software designed for use with a serial connection will have the same issues with the adapter as VAG-COM does.
