Audi Lane Assist Camera causes ACC + Audi Presense to disable

I have a 2012 A6 C7. I had a deer accident 7 years ago that destroyed the windshield. The windshield camera was reused by the body shop. It intermittently failed overtime and is now dead. The insurance company is refusing to cover it since its been so long.
My question for you... Does ACC and Audi Presense use the lane assist camera at all? My car is not even equipped with lane assist, it wasn't available on 2012 models. Is there anyway to code out the camera in such a way that it will enable ACC and Audi Presense if they do not in fact rely on this windshield camera? Please let me know if you need any other information.

One more note, Audi has confirmed in a diagnostic that this particular camera has failed. The codes in the computer are:
C110702 in the Image Processing Module (no video line signal from the camera in the windshield)
U111300 in the ACC module (function limitation in network due to incorrect value from Image Processing Unit).

On the C7.0, like D4.0 introduced, you get the improved front camera for driver assistance if you had ACC to support the ACC with stop & go function. This includes the J852 camera unit and the J851 image processing unit. It's not only for the intelligent light system and the lane assist.
I have no idea if you can fall back to basic ACC without stop & go by changing a coding value, be it a bit to toggle stop and go or a bit to toggle "camera installed" type value.
