Default Bleeding brakes and booster

Can't seem to get to the proper area to have it step thru the bleeding process and the booster activation. Did it a while ago on my son's TT, but couldn't get to it while trying to do the same to my other son's GTI337. Where do I go and how do I get there- assume it's thru the Brakes-ABS area...thanks... (the search didn't help.)
