check engine codes

check engine codes
Audi ran the check engine light on my 96 A4Q 2.8 and came up with the following codes:
16487(airflow)
17816(egr)
16545(o2 sensor)
16525(o2 sensor)
16539(o2 sensor)
16519(o2 sensor)
the codes were reset and only 16545 remained. Has anyone seen this combination before because the O2 sensor was replaced twice previously and the codes had remained but this was about 2.5 years ago.
