ok, you have come to the Audiworld <b>VAG-COM</b> discussion forum, to ask for assistance with codes that you have read with a non-<b>VAG-COM</b> scan tool?

Here is a passage from the forum FAQ:
<i>This forum is intended to foster discussion of diagnostic problems and procedures related to the use of VAG-COM. </i>
A Vag-305 or other such knockoff/pirated software knockoff is <b>not</b> VAG-COM

So, my suggestions:
1) take the time to get the real thing. it will save you money in the long run
2) if you have any other questions related to your codes, feel free to ask over on the TT forum

Default Code 18010 generally means that the battery had been

disconnected. I caused my 18010 the other day by accidently removing the engine ECU fuse instead of the fuse I wanted.
