You need to start by validating your battery status. Because "Voltage: 11.40 V" is not going to cut it. Even the scan had the battery voltage down to 12.1 V. But did you leave the climate control fan blowing and the DRLs on and such? Turn that stuff off if you're just there running a scan.

Also, reset the date/time so the error codes have useful time stamps.

"No central locking", what does that mean? You mean when you click lock on the key fob, the doors don't lock? Or when you click unlock on the key fob, the doors don't unlock? Or do you mean when using the central locking switch on the driver's door? I don't see any codes at 05-authorization or 46-central convenience that would seem to impact the central locking operation. Other than the unstable voltage errors. But if you've fix that, then clear all codes and see what comes back.

"all 12 volt power doesn't work", certainly a lot of 12v power is working or you wouldn't have gotten anything back from a scan attempt. You mean the 12v sockets in the car don't work? Could be the relay in the right rear (one relay for the 12v sockets, one relay for the rear window defroster), or the fuses for the 12v sockets, also in the right rear, or the 46-central convenience not activating them due to the energy management state.

Thanks you so much for your help.
Sorry I should have been abit more clear.
So the scan was done with everything turned off so I will investigate the low voltage the battery isn't actually that old could! I didn't code the battery in would that cause theses issues.
The 12v power sockets have no power I have checked all fuses however not the relay as I couldn't find relevant information on it's location on vehicle A4 Avant b8.
The central locking works in the door button but not with the key fobs I have changed batteries in the fobs to rule that out.

Updating the adaptation value in the J533 when replacing the battery will not make the battery work poorly. It will impact the ultimate battery longevity possibly, and will certainly throw off the metrics of the history data. But either the charging system is working or it's not. You have VCDS, why not have done the battery adaptation yet? Also, be sure to reset the date/time before doing the adaptation, so the history data entries will be intelligible.

Ok, so you can lock/unlock the doors with the door controls, but not with the lock/unlock buttons on the key fob. We see the key fob is acknowledged there in the scan, the FBS... entry under 05-authorization. I assume that's the s/n for the key in the ignition slot at the time. The key fob button presses initiate an RF transmission to one of the antenna in the roof unit. That antenna is connected to the J393 via an RF line. If you remove the right side panel in the cargo hold, you'll see the J393 in there, with all the 32-pin and 17-pin plugs on it. And the RF cable. There's no errors about problems with the RF aerial. After the scan, "clear all DTCs" and then turn off ignition and get out and then see if the key fob will lock the doors.

The fuel filler door lock/unlock errors are the flap lock actuator. That's a known common issue with the early 8K. I replaced mine years ago. You have to pull out the fuel filler door hinge to get to the lock actuator. Do not pull it by the exterior cover, you'll just rip that off the hinge. Luckily, I didn't break any clips when I did that. There's videos on Youtube of removing that hinge.

That has the pic of the 12v sockets power in my MY09 avant. So you see there's the term 30 power from the battery, which is passed by the relay to the fuses, then to the sockets. And the 12v from the J393 that turns on the relay. You should measure 12v on the term 30 pin all the time. You should measure 12v from the J393 pin to the ground pin when the engine is running (when the J393 permits the sockets to be energized). It's possible the relay plate is rotated in your car, the relay control is always the large metal spades. The other relay in the pic is the rear window defroster. The position of the relays might be different in a sedan.
