Best place is the Bentley CD for your vehicle.
Stick the fault code into the search engine (cut'n'paste from VAG-COM to Bentley), and BAM, you're at the resolution section for that fault code. Much better than just having a fault code description, as you get the instructions for what to do about it.
It's great having both apps on the same laptop.
