Gutan Tag,

When dealing with Front Mounted Intercoolers, are there any characteristics that should be considered? Ex: size, installation, additional mods,.....etc.

Yes, all of the things you listed above should be considered when choosing an FMIC. Also consider your turbo size, and flow design.
