Get these two codes after cluster swap, any help appreciated

VAG-COM Version: Release 409.0-US
the cluster swap went successfull however I have the immobolizer light flashing on,
I have feeling that the cluster I have is not correct my car doesn't have immo at all..
could be because of that ?
here is the copy of the code

If European, you need to match the cluster to the ECU and the keys to the immo in the cluster.
If US, and you put a Euro cluster in it, well, Euro clusters have immobilizers and US ones of that vintage didn't. So the cluster will blink at you, but likely won't keep the car from starting.
