As soon as I clear them they come right back instantly. Without even turning on the car, it has to be something electrical, just got a new MAF from the dealer could it have gone bad already?

For G31, check group115 field4. For F96, check group113 field4. Should be 1bar @ sea level @ idle

Check the connector and the wiring first, then the sensor.

Do those numbers seem normal? this is at idle.All of my connections are ok.

manifold pressure boost sensor(G31) is really too low. It should be around 1000 mbar.
So, you should check the connector and the wiring and the sensor(G31) itself. I think the best way is to swap the sensor(G31) with the other car.
