It's not LVDS. LVDS is a signaling protocol used for high speed data transfer such as the video signals; it's not a physical interface. The cable/plugs/pins are called HSD. And they are in this case imply transferring USB 2.0 data.
Yeah, I'd get a cable like that, just run it from the USB hub leaf green jack to the J794 nut brown jack.
You should run a wire from the J1146 pin 6 to the J519 73 black pin 14 as I listed. Where is the J519 in a Q3, no idea.

I've seen where is the J519, I will do as you said.
