Default Horrible running, multiple DTC's, New to VAG

My car has been running horribly for awhile now. I cant seem to figure out what the deal is.

my car, engine mods

-99.5 G2 supercharged 2.8 30v
-custom dual exhaust
-BMC airintake

DTC's
First I had this, which im guessing was because someone borrowed my car for a bit (and romped on her after being asked nicely not too) But The first one of the two kinda threw me.

VAG-COM Version: Release 504.1-UD

Control Module Part Number: 4D0 907 551 AH
Component and/or Version: 2.8L V6/5V MOTR AT D01
Software Coding: 06251
Work Shop Code: WSC 06335
2 Faults Found:
16885 - Vehicle Speed Sensor: Implausible Signal
P0501 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17968 - Maximum Engine Speed Exceeded: Engine Warranty VOID! :-)
P1560 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

The second set keeps coming back

VAG-COM Version: Release 504.1-UD

Control Module Part Number: 4D0 907 551 AH
Component and/or Version: 2.8L V6/5V MOTR AT D01
Software Coding: 06251
Work Shop Code: WSC 06335
2 Faults Found:
17545 - Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Add): System too Rich
P1137 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17547 - Fuel Trim: Bank 2 (Add): System too Rich
P1139 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

symptoms

The car has lost alot of power since the install of my supercharger, basically as slow as stock if not worse in the low end. There are alot of points in the upper RPM range where it seems to hesitate for a bit, while the lower rpm range is slow and unresponsive. It has gotten alot worse as of recent.

Since the install of the supercharger the car also has dramatic powerloss after shifting. If I downshift and get on it, the rpms will rise about 200 than fall back down before slowly recovering and climbing. The same when starting and upshifting, after upshifts it does the same.

The car idles rough, runs rough and you can smell the rich *** mixture coming out the exhaust pipes.

Things I've checked

Originally the bpv was messed up on the blower, so I replaced that. Nothing. while I had everything ripped apart I cleaned the TB to the best of my ability, nothing. Replaced spark plug wires and spark plugs, nothing. Since the start I was throwing rich codes, So I replaced a bum O2 sensor and put a new FPR in, now the car runs worse.

So basically I'm at my wits end. I bought a Vag hoping I could figure out what is going on and havent had the time until now to really sit down with it. So any blocks I should monitor, logs, things to check, etc.. would be extremely helpful from someone with more knowledge in this area.

Sounds like your friend might have bent a valve or trashed your supercharger...

You might have to have a mechanic do some mechanical tests to see the condition of the block (which cannot be seen by the VAGCOM).

Mm, doubt it. He probably just bounced off the rev limiter too many times, it still stores a code if you do that. The driving problems have been there since day one of the install, just recently got worse after changin out a bum o2 and FPR. I think its something alot simpler than that, just what.

Any blocks to look at, my values are pretty all over the place compared to my buddies S4 I looked at. I just need to know what blocks are so I know what im looking at.
