Interface Status = 3 Error Msg , K-line stuck?

Interface Status = 3 Error Msg , K-line stuck?
Did some logging last night, everything worked fine.
I wanted to make more logs this morning but when I tried to connect to engine control module I got Interface Status = 3 message.
I think my K-Line might be stuck. How do I fix this?
Will disconnecting ECU do the trick?

Where did you buy it? Did you register with Ross-Tech?

I got software and cable when I bought the car
So I don't know where original owner bought it.
Never had any trouble with it, it always worked fine.
