Default Lambda (Oxygen Sensor) Regulation - Upper Limit Help

Hello. I have a Passat '98 1.6L, AH.

A few days ago, this error apeared:

1 Fault Found:
00537 - Lambda (Oxygen Sensor) Regulation
18-00 - Upper Limit

If i delete it, it will be back, when the engine is working and the car is not moveing.

please can anyone tell me what is wrong?

When i cheked with vag com - the angine module, in group 000 the 6th field (injection period (additive learned value) for lambda control) the value is 000 and when the engine was working ok, here the value was around 060. When the eror is not present, the engine works fine, but when the error apears, the engine, loses power, it works very bad.
The air sensor, indicates like when the engine was working fine (around 113 mg/stroke - or 2.84 g/s), the N8O breather works, the throtle, is clean, (i cleaned it), the throtle addaption is ok, I do not have false air, the oil , is new, the gaz filter is new... what can I do?
