Wonder what happened to the "Number of blinks" thread?

Well, here it is again.

My question was if it is possible to change "lane change" blinker to give 4 blinks instead of 3, which I find kind of not enough. Four blinks would be better for me and perhaps for some other folks.

Uwe from Ross-Tech suggested to make "Adaptation Channel Map" from the "09-Central Electric" module to see if there is number 3 as a stored value in a channel.

Below is the Adaptation Map. I removed channels 26-59 and 85-255 as they were lister with error "channel not available".

Interestingly channel 17 has a stored value of 3. This also is the only channel with value 3.

Could this be the number of blinks for the lane change "one touch" blinker operation?

I haven't seen an documentation for channel 17. I don't think there's much harm in changing it to 2 or 4 to see if that produces the desired results. If it does not, I would change it back to 3. However, you do this at your own risk.
