Ok this morning i went to start my car and it would not turn over, radio worked but turn key and nothing happened. I went through all the fuses in the trunk by the jack and theones near the glove department. All fuses were fine, so i tried to start it again and it started normal except for a steering wheel and key flashing in the driver info window. I cleared all DTCs and turned car off and started again. It started up normally, except the transmission indicator has all the lights on. PNDS all had one red bar around it. ANYONE KNOW WHAT HAPPENED, DID SOMEONE TRY TO BREAK INTO IT? hERE IS THE SCAN BEFORE I RESET DTCs.

I don't see anything which directly points at a break-in attempt. Was the car locked? Is there any physical evidence of a break-in?

What I do see is a bunch of modules which won't communicate; most everything on the Powertrain CAN bus. I'm wondering whether this is due to the fault in 05 (the defective Steering Column lock) or whether you've got a bad relay somewhere that isn't closing and powering stuff up.

Thanks for the responce, the dealer claims it was the steering wheel column($1700). Now they are claiming the sensor near the shifter is also bad since the trans still goes into limp mode. I was suspecting the ECM since trans steering lock and other issues where having fault. I will wait and see once i get the car back.
