Does anyone know where this is located and the part I need to replace?

So a type FV aka 8S. https://www.ilcats.ru/audi/?function...30&language=en Guessing it's the right end of that item 13, which has identifier G852 (assuming you are LHD). Probably have to remove the front bumper cover to really access it. Workshop manuals would say for sure.
