ProDiag won't completely connect
Just got my ProDiag software and cables. Successfully installed and activated as far as I can tell. I'm trying to check a 2000 S4 with a Visor series PDA running Palm OS v3.1H3.
It tries to connect starting with the known correct baud rate for the ECU, and then goes to the next all the way through the list until finally it returns "ECU not present or not responding." The little green light illuminates on the OBDII connector, and it must be talking a little bit because when I tried to connect to the radio ECU, the display on the radio would read "DAIG" for a half second or so at each attempted baud rate. Can anyone think of things for me to try?
