Don't think so.
The A6 doesn't display TPMS data on the Nav. It displays TPMS data on the MMI display -- which is there whether the car has Nav or not. Nav is a separate box in the trunk, which also uses the MMI display and controls.
The RNS-E ("Nav Plus") in the A3 and newer A4's isn't nearly as integrated as tightly into the systems of the car as the A6's MMI display...
