looks like you need a pair of cats, which if you're within.....
8 yrs/80k miles from new, you should be covered, unless you're insanely modded.
As far as the climate control goes.....is there a noticable problem and have you run basic settings?

Dealer *may* have a flash update for your ECU which can fix the CAT codes
Since you're out of the Federal emissions warranty, it won't be free, but even if you pay them for it (should be ~1 hour), it's WAY cheaper than new CATs.
