Default looks like you need a pair of cats, which if you're within.....

8 yrs/80k miles from new, you should be covered, unless you're insanely modded.

As far as the climate control goes.....is there a noticable problem and have you run basic settings?

I am at 99,500 and sometimes the air makes a whining noise but then goes away quickly...

Default Dealer *may* have a flash update for your ECU which can fix the CAT codes

Since you're out of the Federal emissions warranty, it won't be free, but even if you pay them for it (should be ~1 hour), it's WAY cheaper than new CATs.

I had the dealer run my VIN when I first bought the car...nothing about a ECU Flash...
