Vag readings: running too rich?

Vag readings: running too rich?
I just had the APR chip flashed to my car which is a 2005 B6 S4 (6 speed). I took it out on the highway just a little while ago and go it up to about 125mph, and I looked down and I had a CEL.
Got it home immediately as I was already on my way back. Checked the codes with the VAG and it came back with these:
VAG-COM Version: Release 512.4-UD
Control Module Part Number: 8E0 910 560 G
Component and/or Version: 4.2L V8/5V G 0010
Software Coding: 0007711
Work Shop Code: WSC 12593
2 Faults Found:
17537 - Fuel Trim; Bank 2 (Mult): System too Rich
P1129 - 002 - Lower Limit Exceeded - Intermittent
16559 - Fuel Trim; Bank 2: System Too Rich
P0175 - 002 - Lower Limit Exceeded
The car has only got like 6000 miles on the odometer. Any idea what's going on?
