Default What exactly does the "Rest of the World" setting change on the central electronics on a b6 S4?

I was under the impression that it would turn off the amber blinker lights except when in use, but they didn't turn off.

Implementation/effects of coding options can vary depending on the control module PN/version.

Default I tried the same thing and couldn't get it to work...
