Default Yaw Sensor Reset

What steps do I need to calibrate a new Yaw Sensor? I received the error 01524 - G202. Funny enough I only pulled that error once over time. It's causing this mechanical grinding sound.

Default Your fault code is incomplete, could you please state the 2nd line of that code too?

Optimal would actually be the ABS related part of an Auto-Scan...

Default Re: Your fault code is incomplete, could you please state the 2nd line of that code too?

I did'nt copy the entire sequence of codes/verbage but here are a few things I noted:

01130 ABS Operation!
01324 (J492) Control Module for all wheel drive
01524 (G202) Yaw Rate Sensor

Thanks again! Joe.

Default Doesn't help. A fault code consists of 2 lines, the 1st usually states the faults location...

...while the 2nd line states the type of the fault. You posted just locations, which can be all or nothing...

Please see if you can get hold of the complete codes, optimal would be a complete Auto-Scan.

Default I wish I could but the code refuses to show up again..

I've tried pulling it so many times I'm tired of doing it (>20 times). I am assuming it's the Yaw sensor based on the symptoms as researched on the TT forum as well as the Yaw sensor code. Maybe I'm wrong with a mis-diagnosis so I'm taking a chance replacing it. Thanks for your input! Joe
