The only real condition I want to point out is the peeling of the carbon fiber center console trim.

I have ordered a new one and the car is in the shop to have it replace. In order to remove that part you have to take apart basically the entire center console, ac controller, and armrest.
Ultimately it’s a finish that is totally worth it.
