I'm having a hard time understanding why in some cases it takes 5 business days to california, and sometimes 15 business days in your case. Our last pen to Australia took 13 business days.

I just want to remind you of a few tips: Shake your pen thorougly for at least 1 min, then draw a long line on the test paper , before applying it to your car.
