Default '05 Allroad Wheel Question

Looking at going with some 18x8.5 ET20 Allroad fitment RS$ reps from OE Wheels via Ebay. Have read need to make sure to make sure I get the right lugs or confirm the seating but what do I do about my TPMS? Do I deactivate it? The guy I spoke with said I could swap them from my wheels to the new wheels. Is this right? I know so little about this stuff. Also where can I get the proper lugs?

Figured out TPMS but do I need new lugs? The OE Wheels use a cone seat and I think my Allroad lugs are tapered? How would I know if they were tapered or ball seat?

All OEM Audi bolts are ball seat, I've only seen tapered (cone seat) on aftermarket wheels

Default Stock lugs

Here's a pic of my stock lugs. Damned if they don't look tapered/conical. I put a straight edge on the tapered part and it seems to have to roundedness to it, i.e. ball seat. Really confusing.I ordered new repo's from OE wheels and they are sending me some new lugs to match the rims so it will be interesting to see what they send.
