195/60/14 'all-season' tire that actually performs in snow?

But they will not perform as well as the WR or the NRW in the snow.. but they might perform better on the dry.
Also, the Falken 512s seem to be designed more around wet/dry, not snow/ice. (channels for water to be evacuated, but no sipes for winter)
However, I was unable to find the tire size in 195/60/14.

interesting that they label it an 'all-season' here, but in the world site lists it as a winter tire...

I thought it was a WR as well, I think based on part number, it's actually an NRW listed with the WR tires.. if you find otherwise, please let me know!
