I know that some of you are running 19" wheels on your C5 A6, and I am considering doing the same.
Can you fill me in on your experiences with 19's as it relates to both ride quality and wheel damage.
These would be summer only wheels, but I live in Michigan....
Pictures would also be very helpful - I've already searched the forums.
Thank you.

the ride is fine (i have eibach lowering springs), but is considerably more bumpy than the fat tires on the stock 16s (or 17's depending on what you have)
if you have 8" wide wheels get 245 wide tires 235 isnt beefy enough for our nose heavy cars you will run into trouble with that nice big pothole. And when you do you can make the state road or county in charge of that road to reimburse you, just make sure you file a police report for good measure.
In all i wouldnt run anything aside 19's for the summer.
