235/45R17 on stock S4 Avus wheels...

Will the Dunlop SP9000 in 235/45R17 fit confortably on the Avus wheels?

How about clearance when installed on the car (2000 S4)?

235 40 17, this way you compensate for the larger diam.

Yes, but...

The 235/45R17 has a +1.4% error vs. -2.3% for the 235/40R17

But, you get better Accel, to compensate for the Larger mass, And I think 235/ 45 will rub

watch out! some tires will rub on upper rear control arms, my RE730's DID RUB, some other won't

I think my P Zeros do, is it okay? It doesn't seem to leave a mark on the tire, so the rubbing must be slight.

mine left a mark on the tire and rub marks on the arms, every tire seems to be different

I bought new rims with different offset, no problems, got R28 Ronals, no rubbing
