Default All the tire stores say 235s will NOT fit!

So I call tire rack and ask about the MM Spyder and 235/40s and they say that it will rub. Called other stores around my house and they all say that anything over 225s will rub. So I ask them if I can roll my fenders and they say that there's nothing to roll...but I've read on here people with 245s...how u roll ur fenders and did u lower ur car or not? Cuz my cars lowered and they told me that they were SURE my front would rub...HELP! thanks...

Depending on wheel offset, actual tire structure, etc. Seen many 235's fit. :-)
