Anyone run Hartge Classic on an S4? Do they fit? Pics?

Hartge wheels only fit BMW vehicles, but...
We have the Toora T910 and the AEZ Bimo which are similar in design/style.

Couple of questions...
...Toora wheel looks nice, but does it come in an 18" application? If so, how does the quality of this wheel compare to other manufacturers?
I don't like the look of the AEZ Bimo as much. It has the fewer spokes that split in two. I like the straight through design of the Hartge.
