Default anything i Can Do To Make These Wheels Fit?

I recently got hit by a stolen car and bent the frame on my allroad. Long story short, she's totaled and I'm in no position to go buy a new Audi so I've been shopping used and came across a couple of 3.0 A6's that I like and can afford to buy immediately. Both are 2003's.

Of the few things I was able to salvage/remove from the totaled allroad, what I really want to reuse are the wheels I just bought a month and a half ago. I haave found, using Tirerack's calculator, that my brand new tires won't fit, so they'll go on CL and the classifieds, but I would like to buy some 235/35/19's to put on the wheels if I can make them fit.

Thus, my question: I know that spacers reduce the offset (ie: 50mm offset + 20mm spacer = 30mm offset) but how do I increase offset, if I need to at all. The wheels from my allroad are 19 x 8.5 with a 20mm offset. Stock offset is 35, if I'm not mistaken.

Any way I can fit these wheels on an '03 A6 3.0, or do I need to sell the wheels as well as the tires and start fresh?

TIA for any advice and/or recommendations.
