I bought a set of Dunlop SP 5000 for my A4 2 months ago. After 4 (yes - four) balancing sessions, I'm still feeling a lot of vibration, front & back.

I called earlier and Tirerack is shipping me a single tire. My question is at what level of "vibration" or lbs/force can I have another tire swapped?

Today I took the car to an Audi dealer - the service manager put it up[ on a rack, and I saw for myself that 2 and possibly 3 tires are noticeably/significantly out-of-round.

He is really backed up with e-mails. If you can get through via phone, you'll get a faster response. He will get back to you via e-mail eventually, but the phones are the best bet.
